  • One Class per Week = $65 Montlhy
  • Two Classes per Week = $95 Monthly
  • Three Classes per Week = $125 Monthly
  • Open Tumble = $10 per visit

Beginner Tumble: Pre-Requisites: None Ages 6 and up
Will be working: Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Round-offs, Bridge Kick-Overs, Walkovers
Intermediate Tumble: Pre-Requisites: Back Walkover All Ages
Will be working: Standing Back Handspring, Round-Off Back Handspring, Series Back Handsprings
Advanced Tumble: Pre-Requisites: Series Back Handsprings that gain speed All Ages
Will be working: Back Tucks, Punch Fronts, Layouts, Fulls, Specialty Tumbling
Intro to tumble: Beginner Tumble  Ages 3-6
Pre-School Gymnastics: Beginner Gymnastics Ages 3-5
Beginner Gymnastics: Pre-Requisites: None Ages 6-12
Will be working: Beginner Gymnastic techniques in Floor, Bars, Beam and Vault
Intermediate Gymnastics: Pre- Requisites: Handstand, Back Bend Kickover, Pull Over (on bars) All Ages
Will be working: Intermediate Gymnastic techniques in Floor, Bars, Beam and Vault
Open Tumble: Open Gym is a chance for athletes to perfect their skills or work on new ones in a monitored environment.
We start with a group warm-up and stretch, then athletes are free to work at their own motivation level.  This is a chance for athletes of ALL levels to progress.
Flip Flop Fridays:  Open gym format where athletes can come to tumble, stunt or just play.
2 Sessions every Friday night; 6-8pm ($10), 8-10pm ($10), or BOTH Sessions 6-10pm ($15)
Pizza and drinks will be available for purchase
