Ages: 3-6 years old

An introduction into tumbling skills and fundamentals for our younger friends. This is the perfect starter class for those new to tumbling.

Pre-Requisites: NONE

This class teaches the basics of tumbling.

Athletes in the Novice class work on accomplishing and perfecting the following "Level 1" Skills:

Forward roll, Backward roll, Forward roll rebound, Backward roll rebound, Handstand step down, Handstand snap down, Cartwheel good and bad, Round off (ph,1step,2step), Push up to backbend, Bridge walk, Standing backbend, Backbend limber up, Limber up from handstand, Backbend kick over, Back walk over, Front walk over, Series back walk over, Series front walk over, Combo running pass

Pre-Requisites to move to Beginner Tumble (Level 2): Front Walkover, Cartwheel, Back Walkover & Series (3) Back Walkovers with good technique.

Pre-Requisites: Front Walkover, Cartwheel, Back Walkover & Series (3) Back Walkovers with good technique.

The Beginner Tumble class is designed for athletes ready to begin learning and perfecting their Back Handspring. 

Athletes in the Beginner class work on accomplishing and perfecting the following "Level 2" Skills:

Hollow body roll, Hollow body boat rock, Handstand blocks, Handstand snap down, Cart wheel blocks, One arm cart wheel, Standing back handspring, Back walk over back handspring, T jump back handspring, Back handspring back-walk over-back handspring, Round off back handspring, multiple Front walk over round off back handspring, Front handspring rebound, Cart wheel swing through back handspring, Back handspring step out both running and standing.

Pre-Requisites to move to Intermediate Tumble (Level 3):Standing back handspring rebound with perfect execution, Round off handspring series to rebound with hand springs building momentum, and a back walk over back handspring.

Pre-Requisites: Standing back handspring rebound with perfect execution, Round off handspring series to rebound with hand springs building momentum, and a back walk over back handspring.

The Intermediate Tumble class is designed for athletes ready to begin learning and perfecting their standing series(3) back handsprings, and Round off Back Handspring Tuck.

Athletes in the Intermediate class work on accomplishing and perfecting the following "Level 3" Skills:

Step punch rebound, Step punch dive roll, Handstand blocks, Handstand walk, Hollow body rolls, Candlesticks, Standing two Back Handsprings, Standing three Backhand springs, 1,2,3 jumps to back handspring, Power hurdle,1,2 step roundoff backhand spring tuck, Power hurdle,1,2 step roundoff tuck, Punch front ArielCombo passes, Ariel through to tuck, Punch front through to tuck.

Pre-Requisites to move to Advanced Tumble (Level 4):Standing three back handsprings to a rebound with perfect execution and again handspring need to builds momentum. A punch front/Ariel combo pass that ends in a tuck.

The Advanced Tumble class is designed for athletes ready to begin learning and perfecting their standing series back handsprings to a tuck, their standing tuck and Round off Back Handspring Layout.

Athletes in the Advanced class work on accomplishing and perfecting the following "Level 4" Skills:

Three to tuck, Two to tuck, One to tuck, Standing tuck, T jump tuck, Jump handspring tuck, Round off back handspring layout, Punch front step out, Front handspring front, Whip through to layout, Front aerials

Pre-Requisites to move to Elite Tumble (Level 5): Jump to handspring tuck, standing tuck, round off handspring layout with perfect form and execution and a combo pass using the list above.

Pre-Requisites:Jump to handspring tuck, standing tuck, round off handspring layout with perfect form and execution and a combo pass using the list above.

The Elite Tumble class is designed for athletes ready to begin learning and perfecting their jump to tuck, Round off Back Handspring Full, and Round Off Back Handspring Double Full as well as other specialty passes.

Athletes in the Elite class work on accomplishing and perfecting the following "Level 5" Skills:

3 Back Handsprings to layout, 2 to layout, 1 to layout, Jump to tuck, 3 to full, 2 to full, 1 to full, Standing full, Jump to standing full, Round off handspring half, Roundoff handspring full, Roundoff full, Whip through to full, Punch Front through to full, Roundoff back handspring 1 1/2, Roundoff back handspring double, Roundoff double, Whip through to double, Punch Front through to double, Arabian, Whip punch full/double

icon Jump & Flexibility (All Levels)

SATURDAY 11:00 - 11:55AM

This hour class will teach proper stretching technique and extensive strength training to complete all the required jump and flexibility positions! In addition to stretching and conditioning, our instructor will train proper arm and leg placement to perform each jump successfully and correctly. For our flyers Stunt Stepper Blocks will be used to teach the fundamentals of flying. During this class your athlete will work on proper flexibility and stretching exercises, proper body positions for the liberty, scorpion, scale, heel stretch, front stretch, bow-&-arrow, and arabesque! There is no formal evaluation needed to register for this class and all ages are welcome!

MONDAY 5:00-6:00 PM
MONDAY 6:00-7:00 PM

Ages: 11-19

Athletes will work through the proper progressions starting from getting on and off the trampoline, safety, and basics of jumps and skills, as well as beginning through advance skills.  The coach will make proper accommodations to ensure your athlete is challenged. This is a great class for divers as well. Coach Brian has been coaching dive for years and uses this class to help master diving form.

Ages: 5 and up

Not ready to commit to a competitive team just yet? We have the perfect class for you! Come "Learn to Cheer" in our recreational cheer class. In this class we will teach and perfect the fundamentals of being a cheerleader, which include; tumbling, stunts, jumps, and motions!
